30 ml Latitudine45

20 ml Bitter

25 ml Lemon Juice

15 ml Simple Sugar / 2 teaspoons of coffee

2 fresh raspberries

Top up with soda water

 

Garnish: Edible flower

Technique: Shake and Double Strain

Glass: Highball

 

Preparation:

In a shaker, pour the ice and all the ingredients, except the soda water, shake vigorously for few seconds and pour in a high glass (Highball) filtering with a mesh strainer.

Top up with some ice and a squirt of soda water.

Garnish with edible flower.
