The goal is to provide a product line that, in terms of liquids, aesthetics, and functionality, supports mixologists in their daily work.
We thought it would be nice and useful to have ready-made preparations, crafted in an artisanal way!

YUZU A Yuzu liqueur, inspired by the Japanese Yuzushu, the famous sake-based liqueur Yuzu.

Since sake doesn’t belong to the Italian tradition, we changed the alcoholic base by combining it with yuzu pulp and natural juice. Natural, easy to drink, with an elegant and intense taste that immediately recalls the Japanese citrus itself.

Our Pepe Cubebe handcraft liqueur. Balsamic and floreal, with a pleasant aroma of eucalyptus. Cube is a natural product, with Southafrican pepe cubebe. We “pushed” it up to 35° to intensify the ingredients and thier characteristics.
