Amandola Moscato
d’Asti and Amandola di Nebbiolo

The former is a grappa made of pure Moscato d’Asti pomace and aged over 18 months in new barrels from Allier and Limousin. The latter is a grappa of pure Nebbiolo pomace, aged about 18 months in new barrels from Allier and Limousin, medium toasting.

Acqua d’Angera,

Young grappa gained from the finest pomace, coming exclusively from the “Ronchi” vineyards around Varese. The “barricaded” one is obtained from fine pomace of the “Ronchi” and aged around 12 months in barrels of French wood.

Ambrata, Gentile,
Giovane

The “Grappa Ambrata” (amber-coloured grappa) is obtained from a selection of Dolcetto, Barbera and Nebbiolo pomace and is aged for over one year in barrels of different wood types. The “Grappa Gentile” (gentle grappa) is an aromatic product from Moscato pomace, aged in barrel of Slavonian Oak for more than 6 months. The “Grappa Giovane” (young grappa) is gained mainly from Nebbiolo and Chardonnay pomace and aged in stainless steel tanks.

The “Grappa Ambrata” (amber-coloured grappa) is obtained from a selection of Dolcetto, Barbera and Nebbiolo pomace and is aged for over one year in barrels of different wood types. The “Grappa Gentile” (gentle grappa) is an aromatic product from Moscato pomace, aged in barrel of Slavonian Oak for more than 6 months. The “Grappa Giovane” (young grappa) is gained mainly from Nebbiolo and Chardonnay pomace and aged in stainless steel tanks.
