With a special method of infusion, the pure essence of the honey is extracted then combined with the pure distillation of pomace just pressed down.

Delicate bouquet / aroma of acacia flowers and other white blossoms, followed by the fragrant sensation of grappa.
Rounded, soft, floral but at the same time sharp. It vice the senses that on the final are reawakened with the full aroma of the aged grappa.
