    Premio Ais Varese

    Da quest’anno è stato istituito il Premio Ais Varese, voluto fortemente e organizzato dalla delegazione Varesina di Associazione Italiana Sommeliers. Lo scopo di questo riconoscimento è quello di premiare un’Azienda, un’Enoteca ed un Ristorante della nostra provincia che per qualità, risultati e longevità hanno dato lustro alla nostra Provincia.

    La manifestazione avrà luogo sabato 12 novembre c.a. alle ore 15:30, presso le Scuderie del Borgo di Mustonate. Ci accoglierà nel Borgo di Mustonate il suo creatore, il Dott. Francesco Aletti Montano che presenzierà alla consegna dei Premi assieme a Fiorenzo Detti, Presidente di Ais Lombardia, e Valerio Bergamini, Delegato di Ais Varese.

    Al termine della cerimonia, che prevede anche la consegna di alcuni Attestati di fedeltà a soci Ais, sarà possibile degustare i vini della IGT Ronchi Varesini e le Grappe della Rossi d’Angera, oltre ad una selezione di vini della “Carta dei Vini” di Ais Lombardia (Buttafuoco, Chianti Classico, Amarone, Sfursat, Brunello di Montalcino e Passito di Pantelleria).

    NEW LUXURY SPIRITS

    Since its inception in 1847, the Rossi d’Angera Distillery has successfully united the long-established tradition of its liqueurs with the desire to enhance the individual tastes and bouquets of the various fruits.
    In order to highlight seasonal colours and flavours, the LUXURY SPIRITS OF ANGERA were created in strict keeping with the distillery’s high standards of craftsmanship but with an eye on modern consumer trends. The product is made from Moscato d’Asti grappa that has conversed with the wood of the barriques of Allier oak for 18 months and has been skilfully blended with the pure juice of the fruits that were carefully selected in the relative production areas.
